Enrollment Checklist

The following is a checklist for our new and returning students to do every year in June:

  • Fill out the registration form and pay the annual registration fee

  • Set up monthly payment via Square, Zelle, or written Check

  • Review KAMP policies

  • Review the information in your Welcome Packet

KAMP Music? 

Let's get you into an intake class to see if we are a good fit for you. 

Registration Form:

Both new or returning students will need to fill out the registration form.

Withdrawal Form:

This form needs to be filled out and submitted with a minimum of 14 days notice.
