Sarah Lusch,
Executive Director
As the new Executive Director Sarah has a strong business background. She brings more than 14 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Florida International University. The art of music is something she is very passionate about. Music played an integral part in Sarah’s upbringing and became an essential part of her life. She would later go on to enroll in dance school in Miami compete in Pro-Am levels and perform throughout South Florida. The power of community is a belief that is true to her core. She understands that strong communities empower our youth to enable them to become strong adults. Communities are at their best when we have quality resources available. Sarah is thrilled to be a part of an organization that strives to make a difference and to provide those resources in the area.
Jonathan Rivera,
Board Member
Jonathan Rivera, originally from Puerto Rico who now resides in Redmond, WA, brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to his role as a board member at our non-profit music school. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in accounting and thriving as a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty Bellevue, Jonathan's commitment to community shines through in everything he does.
His wanderlust spirit has taken him to 30 countries and counting, Jonathan understands the profound connection between music and culture. He believes that music transcends ethnicities, ages, backgrounds, beliefs, serving as a universal language that unites us all.
Driven by a genuine desire to make a difference, Jonathan found his calling at KAMP, where he saw an opportunity to impact the community beyond his real estate endeavors. By promoting cultural exchanges and celebrating the shared passion for music, Jonathan embodies the belief that together, we can create a harmonious world where everyone has the opportunity to express themselves.

Lacy Gomez, Board Member
Growing up in Washington, Lacy developed a deep love for music and the performing arts, participating in choir, community theatre musicals, and dance competitions throughout her youth. She has lived in Bothell for over 15 years now with her husband and daughter, while her son attends Western Washington University in Bellingham. She is a real estate agent with Century 21 North Homes and also works as an orthodontic assistant at an office in Redmond. Lacy loves being able to serve her community. Being part of this organization allows her to give back and support the arts, which have always been a significant part of her life. Lacy is happy to contribute and be a part of KAMP Music.
Evan LeSure,
Board Member
Born in Seattle and raised in Bellevue, Evan LeSure has been actively working in music and the live events since 2004. Evan started his career working at the Student Union Building at the University of Washington, quickly branching out to Audio Engineering and Production Management at venues around the Seattle area, including Neumos and the Showbox at the Historic Pike Place Market.
Beginning in 2010, Evan began working as a Tour and Production Manager for Internationally renowned touring acts, including The Head and The Heart and The Lumineers. Beginning in 2016, Evan took over Tour Management duties for Grammy Nominated artists Black Violin, bringing their unique performances to world famous venues including the Historic Apollo Theater in Harlem and The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington DC. Through this work, Evan developed a deep passion for improving access to music education, which led him to join the KAMP board in 2024. He is also a father who is passionate about improving the quality of life on the Eastside for the next generation.

Margaret Landon,
Board Member
Margaret was integral in the original creation of KAMP in 2006. Her oldest children were some of KAMP'S first students. Margaret has worked at various major firms around the Puget Sound for over 25 years providing Human Resources services.
Michael Enberg,
Board Member
Mike Enberg is the proud parent of a former KAMP Music student: His daughter studied piano with Sue from age 8 to 18, a transformational experience for her, helping launch her successful college career. As a nonprofit development professional, Mike is thrilled to help KAMP create an inclusive, dynamic musical and performance community on the Eastside.
Karpagam Lakshminarasimhan, Accountant
Karpagam has had a long and happy journey with KAMP with both her kids learning piano for many years from KAMP's talented teachers. She started working at KAMP after her daughter went off to college. She is very excited to be able to put her education and experience to good use and be a part of this wonderful and nurturing community.
Karen Davren,
Financial Advisor
Karen has extensive finance background with broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and financial management (UK & US). She was the CFO for Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce for over 13 years and brought in significant financial expertise with non-profit industry to KAMP.
